In the Beginning
In 1980, at the crux of the trends that shaped Atlanta's real estate market, Charles B. King, Jr. founded King Realty, Inc. Since then, the firm has built its business on two cornerstones: Superior knowledge of the Atlanta industrial real estate market and broker professionalism.
As a result, King is recognized as Atlanta's premier industrial real estate firm. With the area's largest concentration of active industrial agents and collective experience of more than 240 years, King Realty negotiates leases and sales for more than 5.2 million square feet of warehouse, research, manufacturing, high tech and service center space annually.
Using the very same business model that proved so successful in Atlanta, Jeff L. Graham, SIOR and Charles B. King, SIOR, founded King Commercial Realty of Florida and opened the Jacksonville office in 1998. After establishing itself as the premier industrial real estate expert in Northeast Florida, the company name was changed to King Industrial Realty of Florida in 2008.
